Former Mountaineer DL Eddie Kelly Signs With New Program

Hours after entering the transfer portal, former Mountaineer Eddie Kelly Jr. has found a new team. Kelly has signed with Mississippi State, per Matt Zenitz.

Kelly, who transferred to West Virginia ahead of the 2025 season, made 26 tackles, recorded three pass deflections and half of a sack. Before becoming a Mountaineer, he spent 2024 with Missouri as part of a 10-3 Tigers team.

He was at Georgia Tech in 2023 and USF in 2022.
