Gallery: Mountaineers Celebrate Seniors With Win Over Longhorns

MORGANTOWN — The Mountaineers checked one box off the list Saturday toward a season end bowl appearance, sending its seniors off from their last game at Milan Puskar Stadium on a positive note. WVU handed the Texas Longhorns its fifth loss this season with a 31-23 victory.
Families and friends met the 12 seniors on the field before the game Saturday as Mountaineer faithful applauded their time on WVU football team. Missing from the pregame ceremonies of the senior class was Jarrett Doege who is expected to return to Morgantown next season.
