This past weekend was full of emotions as the 2019 NFL Draft took place and both former Mountaineer quarterback and wide receiver Will Grier and David Sills V probably waited much longer than expected to get the call they have been waiting their whole life for. The Carolina Panthers took Will Grier with the 100th overall pick in the third round and David Sills V surprisingly went undrafted, but was quickly signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent.

Sills was just as surprised and disappointed as many Mountaineer fans, but nonetheless, he will get his shot.
The dynamic duo that connected for 33 touchdowns in two years at West Virginia will get the opportunity to meet as the Carolina Panthers host the Buffalo Bills for their first home preseason game on August 16th at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The last time the two played at that stadium they guided West Virginia to a 40-14 drubbing over Tennessee in the Belk College Football Kickoff.
