Now that Virginia wide receiver Demarcus Brown has a WVU football offer, he becomes a player to track throughout the next year.

Brown announced his WVU offer on June 20, adding that it’s his 12th from a Division I school so far. Brown thanked WVU wide receivers coach Ryan Garrett in his post about the offer on social media. Brown’s offer came after his recent visit and tour of the WVU facility.

A product of North Cross High School in Roanoke, Va., Brown is listed as about 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds and a member of the 2027 class.

Brown revealed to WV Sports Now what Garrett, and even head coach Rich Rodriguez, told him after his performance at the camp that earned him the offer.
