Morgantown, WV – West Virginia athletic director Shane Lyons announced this evening that redshirt junior forward Logan Routt will be suspended for the first half of this Saturday’s game vs Texas.

Routt was ejected for tripping a Texas Tech player while he was on the bench. The players leg got tangled up in Routt’s legs and the officials came to the conclusion that Routt pulled his legs together to cause a fall.

The Mountaineers tip off vs the Longhorns on Saturday at 8 p.m. at the WVU Coliseum.
