Update (7:00 PM) –

WVU sends an offer to OL Ethan McNutt (6-foot-4, 275 pounds) from South Carolina.

Update (4:38 PM) 

Class of 2024 3-star recruit Jason Cross (6-foot-2, 170 pounds) out of Pittsburgh completed his official visit with the WVU football program.

Class of 2024 4-star LB recruit Cam Lindsey picks Pitt over WVU. Lindsey attends Aliquippa High School in the Western Pennsylvania area.

WVU Baseball added their second transfer of the offseason on Thursday, picking up University of Charleston first baseman Kyle West.

West, a rising junior, lit it up for the Golden Eagles in 2023, hitting .397 with 22 home runs and 47 walks, good for an otherworldly OPS of 1.405 at the Division II level. He also added 29 stolen bases, making him an excellent fit for head coach Randy Mazey’s aggressive brand of offense.
