WVSN/Big 12 Daily Portal Report: November 28
In less than a weeks time, free agency in college football begins, meaning the opening of the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Starting on December 4th, college coaches will be permitted to talk with players that have entered their name in the portal. This will be a stressful period for college teams and a crazy couple of months for the sport of college football.
This is the new form of recruiting and is now crucial to every team, almost as much as high school recruiting itself. Because of this, WV Sports Now will start running a Big 12 Daily Portal Report. This will keep you updated on all activity involving programs in the Big 12.
Instead of making it notebook style and reporting on the news immediately, we’ll gather all of the transfers and run a recap of them every evening so that you can get caught up.
Cincinnati safety Deshawn Pace is entering the transfer portal. Pace led the team in tackles with 80 and 11 for a loss. He also picked off one pass.
