WVU Baseball Signs Experienced ACC Transfer Pitcher
The WVU baseball program officially announced the signing of a strong left-handed transfer, locking up Colton Hartman.
The Louisville pitcher signed with West Virginia on Wednesday morning. Hartman, listed at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, now heads to Morgantown after spending the past three seasons with the Cardinals. He’s was ranked as the No. 219 overall transfer portal by 64Analytics.
In 2026, Hartman appeared in 14 games with 11 starts. He posted a 4-2 record with a 5.91 ERA over 45.2 innings and recorded 56 strikeouts.
Hartman is 7-5 in 43 games and 23 starts and 91.2 innings throughout his college career to this point.
