Ranked as no worse than No. 5 in his class when it comes to Nevada, ESPN and Rivals both have Goodwin with four stars while On3 Sports and 247 Sports have him with three. ESPN even has Goodwin as their No. 34 player.

Goodwin has offers from many major programs, most notably Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, UCLA, Washington and West Virginia. He also has offers from schools like Oregon State, SMU, Syracuse and UNLV.
On3 Sports projects Alabama and Georgia to eventually land Goodwin’s commitment, although he could believe playing elsewhere would like give him a better chance at earning playing time.
Oregon and Michigan were Goodwin’s two most recent offers prior to this one from WVU.
