Watters is in his junior season under manager Randy Mazey. The right-handed pitcher from Rocky Gap, VA, had a great season last year, recording 53 strikeouts in 27.0 innings. Watters posted a 3.33 ERA, allowing 10 earned runs in 19 appearances.
Watters makes it back-to-back year for a Mountaineer to make the Preseason All-America team with Jackson Wolf named to the third-team last year.
