Virginia 2022 4-Star RB Ramon Brown Puts WVU in Top 7, Plans To Visit
West Virginia is in the mix for one of the top running backs in the country.
2022 4-star running back Ramon Brown (Midlothian, Virginia) is rated as one of the Top 20 backs in the country and one of the Top 200 players in the Class of 2022. Brown celebrated his birthday on Wednesday by announcing his top seven schools.
The 5’11”, 200 pound Virginia star revealed that his top seven were (no order): West Virginia, Penn State, Maryland, Penn State, South Carolina, Kentucky, South Carolina, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
The other encouraging part for the Mountaineers is that Brown has also decided to use one of his five official visits to visit Morgantown. This won’t be his first visit as Brown made an unofficial visit to West Virginia prior to the pandemic.
At this stage of his recruitment, Brown plans on making these five official visits: West Virginia (June 4), South Carolina (June 7), Penn State (June 11), Maryland (June 18) and Virginia Tech (June 25). Reportedly, Brown would like to get to both Kentucky and Virginia for unofficial visits, too.
