Huggins Makes In-Home Visit

Everyone knows how important Oscar Tshiebwe is to the future of the WVU Men’s Basketball program. Well today, Bob Huggins traveled a little over two hours north to visit the recruit at his home in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

A couple weeks ago, Tshiebwe trimmed his list of schools down to four, and even more recently there have been talks that the competition is really only between WVU and Kentucky, and Baylor and Illinois are on the outside looking in.

According to 247 Sports, Tshiebwe is the 19th overall recruit in the class of 2019 and could most likely be the best rebounder in the country. He is an athletic center, and at 6’9″ 250 pounds, he will keep getting bigger and better fundamentally. I can not stress enough how big this would be if Huggins got him to sign the dotted line.

Tshiebwe will take his official visit to Morgantown last out of the four schools. He will be in town the weekend of the Kansas football game, arriving on October 5th and leaving sometime throughout the day on the 7th.
