Jacksonville State OL Cameron Griffin Follows Cam Cook to WVU Football

The WVU football program brings in another transfer offensive lineman late on Thursday night. Jacksonville State transfer Cameron Griffin picks West Virginia as his next school, as first reported by Vernon Bailey of WVSports.com.

Griffin (6-foot-4, 305-pounds) comes to WVU after spending three years with the Gamecocks and appearing in 33 games and 16 starts.

In 2025, Griffin played left tackle, left guard and even center while playing a total of 971 snaps. He was named first-team all-Conference USA.

Griffin will continuing blocking for star running back Cam Cook, who also committed to become a Mountaineer.
