Former Mountaineer offensive lineman Tomas Rimac signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent on Saturday, per Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports.

The 6-foot-6, 318-pound Brunswick, Ohio native started 28 games with WVU from 2021-25. He then transferred to Virginia Tech after Neal Brown was fired and spent his final college season as a Hokie.

Rimac was a three-star rated offensive tackle out of high school. 247Sports rated Rimac as the 42nd best recruit out of Ohio and just outside the top-100 tackles at 101. Rivals had him as the No. 50 prospect from Ohio.

Rimac received a lot of attention from Ohio schools out of high school, including offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Kent State, Toledo and Youngstown State. He also had offers from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Western Michigan, Temple, Purdue, Louisville, Buffalo, Indiana and Pitt.
