WVSN Notebook 6/24: WVU Football Loses Out on DB Recruit

Update (5:30 PM) –

Class of 2024 defensive back KeShawn “KeKe” Adams chose Virginia over West Virginia and others on Saturday afternoon. Adams is a three-star prospect.

The Connecticut native picked the Cavaliers over three other schools during an event on Saturday. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, Adams had narrowed his final list of choices down to Duke, Connecticut, Virginia and West Virginia.

WVU extends an offer to class of 2025 athlete Evan James (5-foot-10, 160 pounds) out of Florida.
