WVU Basketball Eyeing Big 12 Transfer Forward

WVU basketball has expressed interest in transfer forward Seydou Traore from Utah, per the Portal Report.

Traore averaged nine points and 3.4 rebounds per game in 31 starts last season, playing 28.6 minutes per game. His best game in Big 12 play came against WVU when he scored 17 points with six rebounds.

WVU has strong competition for the 6-foot-6 forward, as other teams interested are Louisville, LSU, Kansas State, Seton Hall, UConn, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and Michigan State.
