On Tuesday night, CBS Sports insider Jon Rothstein reported that West Virginia will compete in the 2022 PK85 tournament with 15 other teams.

The tournament is set to be played in Nov. 2022.

The field includes a stacked list of college basketball teams: Duke, North Carolina, Gonzaga, Villanova, UConn, Xavier, Alabama, Florida, Michigan State, Purdue, West Virginia, Iowa State, Oregon, Oregon State, Portland and Portland State.

The PK85 event is a celebration of the 85th anniversary of Nike, who was co-founded by Phil Knight. All of the schools participating in the event are Nike sponsors.
