WVU Football Shows Interest in ESPN Top 300 Florida WR
The WVU football staff sent an offer to an ESPN top 300 recruit in an effort to secure as many athletes as possible for their 2027 class.
Four-star wide receiver Anthony Jennings revealed his offer from West Virginia with a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday. Jennings shared a picture of another true athlete WVU legend Tavon Austin as part of his offer announcement.

Listed at 6-foot-1 and 175 pounds, Jennings is considered a “speedster” and a skilled return man for Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Ranked among the top 20 Florida prospects and top 70 nationally, Jennings has already accumulated an impressive offer list. Florida, Florida State, Indiana, Kentucky, Miami (FL), Missouri, Pitt, Purdue, Stanford, Syracuse, Tennessee, FIU, Oregon State and USF have all shown interest in Jennings.
Jennings scored 12 touchdowns during his junior season in 2025.
