Draft Projection
Analysts have Fields as a day-three pick in this week’s draft. Most have him being selected in the final three rounds but some have him being undrafted.
NFL.com lists Fields’s strengths as having good patience, anticipating cut-back lanes, sidestepping blocks and being a capable blitzer. His weaknesses are a lack of size, below-average strength, inconsistent play off the block and losing track of coverage responsibilities.
