Another player left WVU football camp with an offer. On Monday, the Mountaineers sent an offer to a class of 2025 three-star Edge recruit out of Ohio.

Cedric Works (6-foot-5, 220 pounds) attends Northmont High School in Clayton, Ohio. He now adds West Virginia to his offers that also include Boston College, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Pitt and Purdue.

Works most recently received an offer from Cincinnati on June 9 before traveling to Morgantown.

Ranked as a top 20 prospect in his class by multiple national recruiting outlets, Works is considered the number 25 Edge in his class by On3.com and number 31 by 247 Sports.

Works is still waiting to be recognized by more outlets, but has two more seasons left of high school football to work on his game and gain more publicity.

As far as Edge rushers, New Jersey native Elijah Kinsler, a class of 2024 three-star prospect, committed to WVU on Sunday.
