Top-25 2025 prospect Alier Maluk will be in attendance for the West Virginia-Pitt game on Friday night, he tells WV Sports Now. Maluk visited both WVU and Pitt earlier in the fall.

The Imani Christian forward was offered by West Virginia’s coaching staff on Aug. 2 and unofficially visited campus on Aug. 20.

“I went to coach Huggins’ office. We talked for a little while. He talked about former players, players in the NBA. He likes my motor,” Maluk told WV Sports Now. “The design, the layout of the practice facility. It looks like the NBA.”

Maluk (6-foot-10, 180 pounds) is currently entering his sophomore year at Imani Christian Academy in Pittsburgh. The highly touted prospect holds offers from Auburn, LSU, NC State, Pitt, Seton Hall, Texas A&M, West Virginia and others. Maluk has received interest from Duke, Kentucky and others.

Maluk unofficially visited Pitt on Aug. 2 and had a good time at his hometown school.
