MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Following a heartbreaking 82-81 loss to No. 20 Texas, WVU head coach Bob Huggins made it clear that his team is far from done with their season.

“We got two regular season games to go and a conference tournament, so we’re not done yet,” Huggins said. “We’ve competed with the best in the conference. We just need to win a few here.”

West Virginia falls to under .500 for the first time this season with a record of 14-15. The once 13-2 Mountaineers have lost 13 out of their last 14 games.

The Mountaineers will travel to Norman to take on Oklahoma on Tuesday night, before hosting TCU next Saturday for senior day. Then, West Virginia will compete in the Big 12 Conference Tournament where they will play on Wednesday, March 9, in the first round.

For a team that has had their struggles over the past couple of months, it is incredible the positivity that Huggins still has with his team.
