MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – When the Mountaineer Football team (4-4) welcomes No. 11 Oklahoma State (7-1) into Morgantown on Nov. 6, the ESPN broadcast will feature a veteran staff of commentators. Bob Wischusen will take over play-by-play, Dan Orlovsky will cover the color commentary, and Kris Budden will be relaying all the sideline action back to the booth.

This is the 13th time that these two conference foes have met, and WVU is behind in the series 4-8. The Cowboys are also on a six-game series win streak, starting back in 2015 with an overtime win at Milan Puskar Stadium. To make things interesting, the 2021 meeting’s spread is set at three points in favor of the Cowboys; West Virginia’s Climb is still very much alive. The over/under is currently at 50.5.

The match-up will be Military Appreciation Day and quarterback Major Harris’ No. 9 retirement ceremony.
