Father of Penn State Commit 4-Star LB Terry Wiggins Clarifies WVU Still in Running
Just when it appears as if WVU is out of the running for a Penn State commit, a clarification provides some hope.
On Monday, the father of four-star linebacker prospect Terry Wiggins posted four pictures that made it seem as if they were the final four schools in contention. Those images showed Wiggins in Colorado, North Carolina, Penn State and Virginia Tech uniforms, suggesting he could either join Bill Belichick, Deion Sanders, stay with Penn State or follow James Franklin to Virginia Tech.
However, Terence Wiggins then made sure to let everyone know WVU is still in the mix by posting a separate picture that showed his song in Mountaineer gear.
Just realized that I didnโt include this in the previous post & it only let me post four pics. #whereishome @Omeezi_ @Terry_Wiggins10 pic.twitter.com/qYblA3IhzW

“Just realized that I didnโt include this in the previous post & it only let me post four pics,” said Terence Wiggins about why he didn’t include West Virginia in his earlier post.
Listed at 6-foot-4 and 205 pounds, Terry Wiggins is a product of Coatesville Area High School. He initially committed to Franklin and his old staff at Penn State in May. Wiggins is ranked as a to 10 player for his class across Pennsylvania.
West Virginia got involved by sending Wiggins an official offer on Oct. 13.
