Mountaineers Extend Offer to 2020 Georgia Tech Commit
Yesterday, WVU offered 3 star, class of 2020 outside linebacker Eddie Watkins from Evergreen, Alabama.
Watkins currently holds offers from Georgia Tech, Troy, South Tulane, Alabama Birmingham, Florida international, Jacksonville State, and Tennessee state. Watkins is currently committed to Georgia Tech but is still open for recruitment.
Since Watkins is only a junior he just recently started speaking with coach Al Pogue. “He seems like a good guy with a great personality” which is exactly what he looks for in a coach.
Watkins plans to be back on campus sometime soon this summer. He also adds how he loves the environment at WVU and how the coaches react to certain things.
