Mountaineers in the NFL: Week 7 Review

Ex-WVU standout defensive back Kenny Robinson made his NFL debut on Sunday in the Carolina Panthers’ 27-24 loss to the New Orleans Saints, making him one of seven former Mountaineers to get on the field during Week 7 of the NFL season.

 

MOUNTAINEERS IN THE NFL THIS WEEK:

Carolina Panthers (Saints 27, Panthers 24)
– Rasul Douglas – CB – 4th season – Placed on COVID-19 reserve list.

Will Grier – QB – 2nd season – Not active

Kenny Robinson– S – 1st -Season- In his NFL debut, Robinson saw action on 11 special teams snaps.

Cleveland Browns (Browns 37, Bengals 34)
Karl Joseph – S – 5th season – Recorded one solo tackle. Saw action on 12 defensive plays and seven special teams snaps.

Dallas Cowboys (Football Team 25, Cowboys 3)
Daryl Worley – CB – 5th season – He saw action on one defensive play, while also recording playing time on seven special teams snaps.

Indianapolis Colts (Off Week)
Mark Glowinski – OG – 6th season- Off Week

Las Vegas Raiders (Buccaneers 45, Raiders 20)
Nick Kwiatkoski – LB – 5th season – Started at middle linebacker and recorded seven tackles with three being solo stops. He saw action on 54 defensive plays and seven special teams snaps.

Los Angeles Chargers (Chargers 39, Jaguars 29)
Kyzir White – LB – 3rd season – Started at linebacker and recorded seven tackles with two being solo stops. He saw action on 51 defensive plays.

Miami Dolphins (Off Week)
Adam Pankey – OT – 4th season – Off

New England Patriots (49ers 33, Patriots 6)
Yodny Cajuste – OT – 2nd season – Placed on injured reserve.

New York Jets (Bills 18, Jets 10)
Trevon Wesco – TE – 2nd season – Saw action on nine offensive plays, while also recording playing time on three special teams snaps.

San Francisco 49ers (49ers 33, Patriots 6)
Colton McKivitz — OT – 1st season – Saw action on six special teams snaps.

Seattle Seahawks (Cardinals 37, Seahawks 34 – OT)
Bruce Irvin – LB – 9th season – Tore his ACL in Week 2 against the Patriots and was placed on the injured reserve list.

Geno Smith – QB – 8th season – Active, but did not play.

Tennessee Titans (Steelers 27, Titans 24)
David Long Jr. – LB – 2nd season –  Not active
