Mountaineers in the Pros
Pat McAfee Beats The Miz at WrestleMania with Help from NFL Star

It wouldn’t be a major WWE event without Pat McAfee.
Even though McAfee confirmed recent reports that he would be stepping away from his WWE contract due to needing to cut down his busy schedule with his daughter on the way, the former Mountaineer still showed up with a surprise appearance during the first night of WrestleMania. On Saturday night, McAfee ended up in a confrontation with WWE star The Miz.
My life’s a joke
I’ll disappear someday & folks will ask “How was that guy allowed to do all of that?”…& nobody will ever be able to answer the question.
I understand how incredibly lucky I am to get to do all of this insanely cool shit.
Thank you all so much for the love. pic.twitter.com/BLsC3oIIML

The former WVU kicker, NFL punter and current media mogul picked up a win in an impromptu match with the Miz. He received some assistance from San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, who got involved once provoked. Snoop Dogg was there too as host of the show.

Despite picking up another win at WrestleMania and entertaining fans at another PPV, there’s no telling when WWE fans will see McAfee again. It’s still likely that he will remained focused on his daily talk show, other projects and being a father over the WWE.
