Six-Day Window Utilized to Announce Time, Network for WVU’s Game Against TCU
After getting back from a trip to Lubbock, Texas to take on Texas Tech, West Virginia’s next home game could be a game that garners national attention. And by realizing that, ESPN and Fox will utilize a six-day window to announce the broadcast network and time slot for WVU’s next game against TCU.
Regardless what happens to the Mountaineers, TCU has a real opportunity to advance up the rankings if they keep winning. The Horned Frogs are slotted in at number 13 following their win over previously unbeaten Oklahoma State on Saturday. That win allows TCU to control their own destiny in terms of the conference championship and also opens up the possibility of getting in the conversation for the college football playoff if circumstances fall the right way.
