Mountaineers in the Pros
Watch: Former WVU LB David Long Picks Off Pass to Seal Win for Titans

A former Mountaineer sealed a win for an NFL team on Sunday.
Titans linebacker David Long, who spent 2015 through 2019 in Morgantown at WVU, picked off Washington quarterback Carson Wentz in the end zone to end any chance of a Commanders comeback. Long then ran the pick all the way to the 50-yard-line, granted that didn’t matter because time expired. The big interception was the third pick of Long’s NFL career.
The official NFL Twitter account tweeted video of the highlight.
