2023 West Virginia four-star commit Josiah Jackson (6-foot-1, 175-pounds) will be making his official visit to the university this weekend according to his Twitter.

West Virginia football offered 2024 three-star athlete Shamir Fredericks (6-foot-4, 170-pounds) from Canarsie High School in Brooklyn, New York. West Virginia is his ninth total offer following Akron, Bowling Green, Massachusetts, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Penn State, Syracuse and Temple.
