West Virginia’s basketball roster is starting to come together after the commitment from Syracuse transfer big Jesse Edwards. Edwards picked WVU over Kansas and Gonzaga on Sunday. Let’s take a look at what the roster looks like with Edwards in the mix.

Guards:

Kerr Kriisa / Arizona transfer

Jose Perez / Manhattan transfer

Omar Silverio / Manhattan transfer

Joe Toussaint

Seth Wilson

Forwards:

Josiah Harris

Tre Mitchell

Patrick Suemnick

Bigs:

If you’re going buy scholarship count, West Virginia has no spots left if big man Jimmy Bell stays in basketball. With Iowa State transfer Caleb Grill and Pitt transfer John Hugley visiting over the next week, it appears as WVU’s staff plans on adding more and has a plan to bring more players on.

WVU’s upcoming fifth-year seniors Jose Perez, Joe Toussaint and Tre Mitchell have all announced their returns to the program for their final year of eligibility. WVU’s staff brings in two more fifth-year seniors from the portal in Jesse Edwards (Syracuse) and Omar Silverio (Manhattan) as well as fourth-year senior Kerr Kriisa (Arizona).
