Western Pennsylvania 4-Star LB Recruit Schedules WVU Official Visit

Like many times in the past, WVU is competing with Pitt for a western Pennsylvania recruit. This time, it’s four-star linebacker out of Aliquippa Cameron Lindsey.
WV Sports Now has learned that Lindsey (6-foot-2, 205 pounds), who has visited Morgantown multiple times over the past year, will be making an official visit to the West Virginia program in early June. It’s expected Lindsey will be there from June 2-4.
Our partner site Pittsburgh Sports Now is reporting that Lindsey will follow up his time with the Mountaineers with an official visit to Pitt on June 9-11. Penn State and Cincinnati are believed to the other two programs heavily pursuing Lindsey.
The WPIAL star last visited WVU on April 22.

WVSN asked Lindsey about his relationship with the West Virginia coaches and what he likes about the WVU program.
“I been hearing I’m a big priority for my class a lot and I like the relationships we’ve built throughout this recruiting process.”
Lindsey is regarded as a top 20 overall Pennsylvania recruit by every major national recruiting outlet. His best ranking is at number 12 by Rivals.
