West Virginia has offered 2024 OT Justin Terry (6-foot-5, 315-pounds) from Pickerington Central Highschool in Ohio. He’s received 12 D1 offers thus far with West Virginia being his first Power Five. 247Sports currently has him as a two-star recruit, not all outlets currently rate him.
