**West Virginia extends an offer to 2024 OT Daniel Calhoun (6’5”, 330) from Roswell, Georgia. Calhoun holds a big offer list from Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Central Florida and Wake Forest.

**West Virginia extends an offer today to 2023 3-star athlete Aaron Gates from Trinity Christian School in Sharpsburg, Georgia. Gates (6’1”, 180) also holds offers from California, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Miami, Michigan State, Pitt, South Carolina and Vanderbilt.

**In the later hours of Wednesday night, 2023 four-star LB Raul Aguirre received a scholarship offer from West Virginia.
Aguirre announced his offer on Twitter.

Aguirre is a Fayetteville, Georgia native who has been ranked by 247Sports as a top-100 prospect for the class of 2023. The 6-foot-1, 220-pound linebacker has received interest so far from Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Miami (FL), Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Aguirre is the second-highest linebacker that the Mountaineers have recruited for the class of 2023.
