WVU Baseball Schedules Third Non-Conference Game Against Marshall

The Mountaineers and Thundering Herd will meet one more time on the diamond this season and WVU baseball announced a third game against in-state foe Marshall has been scheduled for next month.

The game is set for a 6:30 p.m. start on Tuesday, May 11 at Mon County Ballpark.

West Virginia (14-16, 5-7 Big 12) won the last meeting 9-3 against the Herd on April 14 in Morgantown. Marshall (6-22, 2-14 C-USA) won the first matchup 7-1 on March 23 in Huntington.

West Virginia continues its Big 12 schedule this weekend with a three-game series at Kansas State beginning on Friday at 7 p.m. EST.
