WVU Fans All Over the Place in Reaction to Ross Hodge as Head Coach

Ross Hodge is the 24th head coach in WVU basketball history. And after enduring the roller coster of emotions from another coaching search, WVU fans aren’t shy about offering their thoughts about the hire.

As expected, the initial reactions are all over the place.

I am dropping my season tickets I have had for 10 years over this. They are increasing prices and it's not worth investing $2K per year on this. I will just pay for the games I want to go to.

Ross Hodge might be awesome. He also might be fired in 3 years. Who knows. 46 wins at UNT is impressive. It does feel like a step back when you compare him to the names floated, but in today's enviroment NIL rules all. If WVU puts $ behind him he should win 20 games a year.

Ross Hodge was 146-24 in 5 seasons as a JUCO head coach, and now has won 46 games (and counting) in 2 years at UNT with basically next to no NIL. Dude can coach!
