WVU Football Incorporating Only Traditional Colors in Uniform for Oklahoma State Game

As is tradition during a normal game week, WVU football released a video and images on Thursday evening that show the uniform for the upcoming matchup with Oklahoma State.

Back at home at Milan Puskar Stadium for another critical Big 12 game, West Virginia will turn to a more traditional look. The Mountaineers will wear their old gold and blue colors from head to toe.

This week’s video was shot at Woodburn Hall on the WVU campus.

This set will incorporate a blue on blue on gold combination. That means the helmet will be a standard blue with with a WV logo in gold. The jersey will be blue with gold for the numbers. And the pants will be gold with a hint of blue for the WVU and Nike logos.

West Virginia is currently listed as a 3.5-point home favorite. Kickoff for WVU and Oklahoma State is set for 3:30 pm ET and the game will be televised on ESPN.

Both teams are entering the game with identical 4-2 record and are 2-1 in conference play.
