Zach Frazier Still in Running as Semifinalist for Another Individual Award

The name Zach Frazier is once again being placed among semifinalists for a major award. This time, Frazier has been named a semifinalist for the Wuerfffel Trophy.
Frazier is not only receiving recognition for his work on the field, but his work off the field as well. The Wuerffel Trophy is “presented to the FBS player who best combines exemplary community service with leadership achievement on and off the field.”
The Wuerffel Trophy finalists were revealed Thursday afternoon. Frazier is one of eight players still being considered for the award.
Congratulations to this year’s Wuerffel Trophy Semifinalists! We applaud you for your continued impact on the field, in the classroom and throughout the community.

The award is named for Danny Wuerffel, the 1996 starting quarterback for the national title winning Florida Gators. He works at the non-profit Desire Street Ministries to help spread spiritual and community development in souther communities.
This is far from the only individual honor Frazier is in the running for. After first being considered among 201 players all over the country, Frazier was announced as one of 16 finalists for the 2023 William V. Campbell Trophy last week.
