WVU Offers Sure-Handed NC TE

Given the Mountaineers’ new-found success with tight ends, it makes sense that the West Virginia coaching staff is out recruiting the best pass-catching tight ends available.

On Valentine’s Day, coaches Xavier Dye and Travis Trickett offered Cramerton (NC) 2020 tight end Kendall Karr.

“It’s crazy because they are a big school and are good at football,” Karr said of his offer from the Mountaineers. “Also, I have family from West Virginia.”

The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Karr currently holds offers from North Carolina, Auburn, Duke, and North Carolina State.

Karr will be visiting the Tarheels on February 23rd, but is trying to find a day to visit Morgantown as well.
