Grady (6-foot-8) was offered by West Virginia all the way back in September 2021. Grady currently plays at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Ut.
Grady has received offers from Arkansas, Cal, Cal Poly, Howard, Loyola Marymount, Nevada, New Mexico, Ole Miss, San Diego, Texas Tech, UNLV, USC, Washington State, West Virginia and others.Â
“The best word that describes my playing style is ‘versatile.’ I’m able to guard one through five, block shots, rebound and can score inside and out,” Grady told WV Sports Now in 2021. “I’ll have to say that my biggest skill set is having a high motor, my passing ability and most of all being able to defend any teams best player.”
West Virginia currently has zero commitments from the 2023 high school class but is bringing in five transfer portal additions. WVU’s coaching staff has expressed that they’re focused on the 2024 and 2025 high school classes.
