Former WVU Transfer Commit Josh Minkins to Join Cincinnati
Former Louisville defensive back and West Virginia transfer commit Josh Minkins has now committed to Cincinnati.
He initially committed to WVU a month ago, picking West Virginia over offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech and Tulsa.
Minkins was an impact player for Louisville in the ACC in 2023. He recorded 55 total tackles, three pass breakups, one sack, one interception, and a forced fumble. This was despite missing time with an injury. He has one year left of eligibility.
