WVU Baseball Announces Slight Schedule Changes for Central Michigan Series

Published

on

As of now, the West Virginia baseball team is still scheduled to play a three-game series against Central Michigan this weekend, but the program did announce a few small schedule changes Tuesday morning.

What was originally scheduled to be three games in three days from Thursday to Sunday, WVU and CMU will now play a game on Friday and a doubleheader on Saturday. The first pitch Friday will be at 3 p.m. and action will start on Saturday at 11 a.m. with a 30-minute break in between the two games. WVU also announced ticket information for its March home games. Single-game tickets for March home games are currently on sale to the general public and are first-come, first-served.

West Virginia is still currently on a seven-day pause due to COVID-19 protocols that forced the team to postpone four games. This past weekend’s scheduled series against Kent State and Tuesday’s scheduled game against Marshall were all postponed.
