West Virginia University co-defensive coordinator/cornerbacks coach Jahmile Addae will be the new cornerbacks coach at the University of Georgia — a move first report by Bruce Feldman from The Athletic then quickly made official by the Bulldogs on Wednesday morning.

Addae, a former standout at WVU during his playing career, will replace Charlton Warren at Georgia — who left the Bulldogs to be the new defensive coordinator at Indiana. WVU led the country in fewest passing yards allowed per game in 2020 at 159.6 and finished No. 24 in the nation in pass efficiency. Georgia, meanwhile, was 88th in the country in passing yards allowed per game and 56th in pass efficiency defense.
