Mountaineers in the Pros
Former WVU Star Rasul Douglas Ranked Among Top NFL Cornerbacks

As Rasul Douglas continues building on his NFL career, the former Mountaineer is regarded as one of the best at his position ahead of the 2024 season. PFF ranks Douglas as one of the NFL’s top 32 cornerbacks, placing him at No. 15.
“The Bills traded for Douglas in the middle of the 2023 season, and it did wonders for the defense as it dealt with injuries on the outside in 2023. Douglasโ 82.0 coverage grade ranks 10th among qualifying corners over the last two years, and his nine interceptions put him second at the position over the same period,” said John Kosko of PFF about why Douglas deserves his spot.
The 29-year-old Douglas is now on his seventh different NFL team after being drafted in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft out of WVU.
