Former West Virginia wide receiver Gary Jennings Jr. has signed a practice squad deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, per ESPN’s Paul Gutierrez.

Jennings, originally a fifth-round pick by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2019 NFL Draft, has bounced around a couple of practice squads during his brief time in the NFL, and he’s getting his next chance with the Raiders.

Jennings has spent time with the Seahawks, Miami Dolphins (dressing for one game during the 2019 season), Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts over the past few seasons — mainly in practice squad roles.

He signed a reserve/futures contract with the Colts in January, but he was placed on the injury reserve and eventually waived with an injury settlement in August.

In four seasons in Morgantown, Jennings recorded 2,294 yards and 17 touchdowns on 168 receptions. He blossomed as a featured receiver during his junior and senior seasons, racking up 151 receptions for 2,013 yards and 14 touchdowns.
