West Virginia Misses AP Top 25, Receives Poll Votes

After defeating UAB in their first true road test, over the weekend, West Virginia was still not voted into the Associated Press Top 25, which was released on Monday afternoon. For the second-straight week, WVU received vote points.

West Virginia received 57 vote points in the latest AP poll, getting to No. 27 in the rankings.

WVU is 10-1 with notable wins so far this season are UConn (56-53), UAB (65-59), Clemson (66-59) and Oakland (60-53). The only loss coming to Marquette (82-71).

Last week, the Mountaineers received vote points for the first time in the 2021-22 season.
