West Virginia’s basketball staff continues to reach out to players on Monday as they’ve contacted a pair of transfer portal guards and another international recruit. Boston College transfer DeMarr Langford Jr. and New Mexico State transfer Deshawndre Washington are the latest portal recruits WVU has reached out to, a source tells WV Sports Now.
Update (3:00 PM) –
West Virginia’s coaching staff has reached out to 2023 four-star forward Marcus Adams Jr., a source tells WV Sports Now. Adams requested out of his National Letter of Intent from Kansas on Sunday.

WVU baseball head coach Randy Mazey to step away after the 2024 season and a succession plan for assistant Steve Sabins to take over has been put into place.

Former WVU G Erik Stevenson saved his best NBA Summer League performance for the last game. Stevenson recorded 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists in a 98-94 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday night.
