Wasting no time, the WVU football program booked a Florida offensive lineman for an official visit just three days after sending him an offer.

Listed at 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds, Colt Hauser will travel to West Virginia for a full weekend experience from May 29-31.

The West Palm Beach, Fla. product added the Mountaineers to his offer list that already included North Carolina and North Carolina State on April 28.

WVU head coach Rich Rodriguez and senior offensive assistant Travis Trickett reached out to Hauser with the offer. Trickett then traveled to spend time with him.

Rated as a three-star recruit in the 2027 class and the No. 150 offensive lineman in the talent-rich Florida, Hauser is also ranked as the 106th best interior offensive lineman in the country by 247 Sports.

The state champion now becomes an offensive lineman to watch as West Virginia continues to build a strong 2027 class. Heโ€™s also the son of a star from the TV show Yellowstone.
