WVU will learn a recruit’s final decision by the end of the week. Gearing up to announce his choice on Nov. 15, Carnell Jackson Jr. revealed that his top two schools are West Virginia and Kansas State.

A 6-foot-3, 335-pound defensive line prospect, Jackson attends Auburn High School in Auburn, Ala.
After re-opening his recruitment due to Arkansas’ coaching change, Jackson also received offers from Houston and Southern Miss.
Jackson, considered a three-star and top 70 player in his state, initially committed to Arkansas in April, locking in with the Razorbacks over offers from schools like Ball State, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Liberty, Troy, Tulane, UAB, USF, Western Kentucky and many others.
Rich Rodriguez and his staff now await the news one way or the other, but what’s already clear is Jackson will be joining the Big 12 no matter what.
