WVU Basketball Off Lunardi’s Bubble After Kansas State Loss
WVU basketball is back off Joe Lunardi‘s bubble after falling 65-63 at a Kansas State team that’s only 12-18 following their win on Tuesday night.
After being listed as “next four out” as recent as Tuesday morning, WVU has dropped out of that section.
WVU was on the bubble once again after defeating BYU 79-71, WVU’s momentum in the metrics came to a halt with the loss to the Wildcats.
West Virginia has a resume of a 70-54 win over Mount Saint Maryโs, a 73-65 win over Campbell,ย a 69-47 victory over Lehigh, a 71-49 domination of Pitt in the Backyard Brawl, aย 81-59 blowout win over Lafayette,ย a 70-38 ย routing of Mercyhurst,ย a 91-49 blowout win over Coppin State,ย a 90-58 win over Little Rock,ย an 86-51 win over MVSU, ย two winsย over Cincinnati, aย 86-75 upset over Kansas, a convincing 72-61 win over Colorado,ย 75-63 road win at Arizona State,ย aย gritty 59-54 win over Kansas State,ย a 74-63 comeback win over UCF and a 79-71 victory over No. 19 BYU.
West Virginia will take the court again at 8 p.m. on Friday when the team hosts UCF on Senior Night.
